CANCELLATION OF ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Smile Club reserves the right to review and cancel any order at any time, for any reason before it has been processed.

Smile Club may cancel your order if, for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products purchased in your order. If you have purchased an item that is subsequently out of stock and unable to be packed, Team Smile will contact you via email. If Team Smile has capacity to offer you an alternative solution in lieu the missing item (such as store credit or style / size swap) we will do our best to facilitate this for you via email. Failure to provide additional details upon request may result in cancellation and refunding of the order.

In the case where Team Smile does not have capacity to arrange an alternative solution, the customer will be issued with a full refund for the value paid for the unavailable item and will process the remainder of the order as normal. In this circumstance, the customer will still be entitled to and receive all gifts, in-cart rewards or other benefits earned by the minimum spend of their original order.

The customer will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense, or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such refund or order cancellation. If the customer elects to cancel their whole order because the item is out of stock, they will only be entitled to a refund for the out-of-stock item, and a store credit for the remainder of the order that is available to be sent, pursuant to our Shipping Policy.

INCORRECT, FAULTY OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Should a Product be incorrect, faulty, or missing from an order when received, please contact us at hello@moanasmileclub.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect / faulty product (or name of the product that is missing), and we will make the appropriate investigations and take all appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy. Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange*.

PROMOTIONS

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code can be applied to each order. All discount codes must be applied at checkout, and codes cannot be applied after the order has been placed. Unless otherwise stated, all discount codes are limited to one use per customer. A discount code can be combined with a gift card / store credit code, but not with another discount code. Smile Club reserves the right to cancel any order if it deems that the customer has already used the discount code under another account name (‘double-dipping’).

Discount codes are not returnable (if you return an order placed using a discount code, you will not be reimbursed the value of the discount or allowed to reuse that discount code, unless it provides for multiple uses per customer).

As per our Returns Policy, any item reduced in value by more than 10% is considered Final Sale and not eligible for return*. This includes items reduced by way of a discount code if the total value of the discount (including the code and other reductions) is more than 10%.

INSTAGRAM COMPETITIONS AND GIVEAWAYS

All winners will be notified via Instagram direct message to obtain their information and arrange their prize. If the prize includes physical stock (as opposed to a gift card) the winner will be directed to email where they will be offered the opportunity to receive sizing advice, if they so choose. If any item pictured or mentioned in the giveaway is out of stock at the time of winner announcement, it will be offered the choice of a different item of equal value or store credit. If the winner is unhappy with the size they have received, their items can be exchanged for a different size (not style) by emailing Smile Club within two weeks of delivery of the prize to the winner’s address. The winner must then ship out the returnable items at their earliest convenience and is responsible to pay the return shipping for any items they choose to return. All giveaway items are final and cannot be exchanged for a different style or returned for a store credit.

NOTE: Please be aware of scammers. Smile Club will never contact you from any account other than @moana_bikini or ask you to provide any personal account or credit card details via social media. Smile Club will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a third party purporting to act on our behalf. If you receive a message from a different account asking for personal information or stating that you have won a prize, please contact Team Smile via hello@moanasmileclub.com to confirm the validity of the message. 

FREE/ GIFTED ITEMS

From time to time, Smile Club may gift extra products or accessories to customers as part of a promotion (such as BOGO style deals) or as a gesture. Any such items that are gifted by Smile Club or free by way of a promotion, are not eligible for return.*

If you have received a gifted item that does not fit you, or you do not like the item you have received, Team Smile would love you to pay the gesture forward and re-gift her to someone who you think would love her. You do not need to return your free / gifted item, to return your purchased pieces that are eligible for return.

IN-CART REWARDS

From time to time, Smile Club may offer In-Cart Rewards as an incentive to customers. Each reward will be linked to a Minimum Spend amount that must be reached to unlock that reward. Once the customer’s shopping cart has reached the relevant Minimum Spend, the cart will prompt them to choose and add the Reward to their cart. The Minimum Spend must be reached in one single order (not across multiple) and all In-Cart Rewards must be added from within the shopping cart. If the customer does not add the Reward through the shopping cart, the item will not be added to the customer’s order and the customer will forfeit the reward.

If you realise that your In-Cart Rewards are not listed on your order confirmation, please contact Team Smile ASAP so we can try to add it before your order is processed. Rewards cannot be added to orders that have already been processed, nor can they be held aside to be added to a future order. Please ensure to check your all your Rewards are added to your shopping cart before proceeding with your order.

In-Cart Rewards are not returnable, exchangeable, or able to be ‘swapped’ for other items prior to shipping. If you have received your order and have an issue regarding an In-Cart Reward, or free / gifted item, please reach out to Team Smile directly via hello@moanasmileclub.com so that we can sort it out for you. You do not need to return your Reward, to return your purchased pieces that are eligible for return.

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, Smile Club may offer “Free Shipping”. This might be by way of an In-Cart Reward, a discount code, or similar promotional methods. Any reference to “Free Shipping” includes all shipping methods other than International Priority Shipping (DHL). Customers are still required to select their chosen shipping method at checkout. Your order will not automatically preselect Express Shipping, just because your order has qualified for free shipping.

If, for security reasons Team Smile deems it appropriate to upgrade an order to Priority Shipping, they may elect to do so at any time. If your order has been upgraded, this does not mean that you will receive the same upgrade on your next order.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS AND SALE PAGE

From time to time, Smile Club may choose to place specific products on sale, to be sold at a discounted price. These items will show the original price with a strikethrough, as well as the current sale price. If these items have been discounted more than 10% they are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return. Smile Club may choose to create a separate “Sale” page for these items, which may be referred to in other promotions or advertising materials.

From time to time, Smile Club may choose to sell discontinued styles on the website, to be sold at a discounted price. These items will not show the original price, only the current sale price, but will nonetheless be identified as Final Sale items. Smile Club may choose to create a separate page for the event / these items (named accordingly, such as “Black Friday Surprise Styles”), which may be referred to in other promotions or advertising materials.

Smile Club may choose to run short-term promotions including both full priced stock, and products listed on these sale, or one-off promotional pages. Any reference in advertising materials to “Sale Item(s)”, “Sale Page” or appropriately named promotional collections will refer to the items on these aforementioned pages.

Smile Club reserves the right to start and finish all sales / promotions at its discretion with no notice to the customer. If Smile Club issues a “Last Chance” style email, stating that the promotion will end at a certain time, then the sale price / promotion will be honoured until that time has passed. All dates and times are in Australia Eastern Standard Time (AEST), unless otherwise stated. As is the nature of any sale, there is the chance that an item may be purchased at full price to go on sale at a later date or purchased on sale then further reduced. Smile Club will not provide any refunds, compensation, or order cancellations due to the items in your order being further reduced after your order has been placed.

PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on the Smile Club Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian / NZ shoppers, and US Dollars (USD) for US and international customers. Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.

SECURITY

We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience. We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means absolute security and privacy. SSL is a sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website servers. We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.

CONSENT

By agreeing to these Purchase and Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Smile Club business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message.
